At The Rackham we aim to give every child the skills they need to succeed and flourish even after they have moved on to secondary education. We use our Pupil Premium funding to narrow the gap between the highest attaining children and those who begin at a disadvantage.
Allocation of resources is reviewed termly. The impact spending and strategies is reviewed in September as part of action planning.
